Electricity/Water costs

Short Term Rentals.

Client staying on short term basis (Daily Rate) will be entitled to standard number of Units of Electricity free of charge. The Standard Number of units for electricity is presently set at 30 Units per day. If the consumption exceeds the aggregate entitlement during the period of stay, then in such case client is liable to pay for the Excess Number of Electricity units at the rate of Rs 17/= per unit or prevailing rates whichever is higher. Client's stay on short term basis is entitled to unlimited water free of charge.

Long Term Rentals

Client staying on long term rental basis, Electricity and Water bills are payable on monthly. Company will provide the electricity bill based on actual unit consumed for the period. Standard Rate is Rs 17/= per unit or the prevailing rate whichever is higher. Water bill is fixed at Rs 500/=
per month per person. You are required to make the payment within 3 days upon receipt of the bill.
