Weekly Rentals

Minimum one week stay is required. All utility cost such as Electricity and water is included in the rental. Communication cost will be based on actual usage. All Rental Rates in respect of apartments are clearly stated in the website www.srilankastay.com

Monthly Rentals

Monthly rental arrangement and rates are different from weekly rentals. To be eligible for this scheme Minimum one 3 Months stay is required. Utility cost such as Electricity, water will be paid by the Company whereas Occupant is liable to pay for communication and gas separately. Applicable monthly Rental Rates in respect of different apartments given in the website www.srilankastay.com
